CGKG School in Mangalore, located within the Coast Guard Residential Area at Kunjathbail, was established in 2001. The school currently offers three sections: Nursery, LKG, and UKG.

OBJECTIVES
Our aim is to guide the child to develop self as a better human being. We aim at helping the child unfold his/her talent to facilitate and sharpen his/her mental and physical abilities. The emphasis is on encouraging the students to cultivate various skills and develop an
integrated personality. For this a systematic and dynamic child oriented programme will be followed to provide the child with an independent congenial and a meaningful atmosphere.

As a Coast Guard school with students from various languages and cultures, we emphasize incorporating diverse cultural perspectives into our learning environment to support all students. To balance the needs of local students who speak Kannada, we include Kannada as a subject and have a local language teacher in the nursery.

Our staff includes 3 teachers, 1 headmistress/teacher, and 2 domestic helpers. Additionally, members of the Coast Guard community play a vital role in organizing activities and events for students.
Divya Supehia
Divya Supehia, Principal of Coast Guard Kindergarten School. With a Master of Science (M.Sc.), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), and nearly 10 years of teaching experience, I am committed to creating a joyful, safe, and nurturing learning environment for every child.
I believe that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive with confidence. My vision is to foster curiosity, creativity, strong values, and a lifelong love for learning through a close partnership between the school and parents.
Itishree Parida
Itishree, UKG teacher, holds a Bachelor’s degree in arts (Honors in Sanskrit) and an Advanced Diploma in Montessori and Primary Education. Known for her dedication, patience, and creativity, she cultivates a nurturing and engaging learning environment that supports young children’s development and curiosity
Ranjeeti Devi
Ranjeeti, LKG teacher with specialized Nursery Teacher Training, is highly creative and has a strong passion for drawing and art. Arts and craft are her hobbies, which she incorporates into her teaching to enrich the learning experience.
Pushpalatha K
Pushpalatha K, our Nursery teacher, fluent in Kannada/Tulu, instructs students up to UKG in the kannada language. She holds a Nursery Teacher Training qualification and is well-regarded for her gentle, nurturing demeanor and deep affection for young children.
